Online Application Checklist

Please review the following before proceeding

Step 1 – Please fill out a brief questionnaire and indicate type of divorce.

Sole – One party files for divorce and serves the other party with the documents.

Joint – Both parties willingly file for divorce.

Step 2 – Please choose your package and your method of payment (If paying in person, please disregard payment step).

Step 3 – You will be contacted to review your application. Once you have confirmed the content, our consultants will file for your divorce documents at the provincial family court on your behalf (Platinum Package), or send the documents to you (Easy Docs Package).
